- Many international people do not know that many of the atrocities committed during the Khmer Rouge era do not constitute genocide because the majority of the people who died were not targeted because of their ethnicity or other factors protected under the UN’s definition. However, the Khmer Krom were singled out. How did that affect your work?
- What do you think of the reparations that were ultimately implemented at the ECCC? Do you believe they reflected the Civil Parties’ interests as a whole?
