On January 18, 2025, Stung Treng DC led by Seang Chenda, Ly David and Sreng Lyda held a discussion meeting with 12 Khmer Rouge genocide survivors living in O’Svay and O’Ron village, O’Svay commune, Borei O’Svay-Sen Chey district. The meeting placed its purpose on initiating and forming an (Informal) Khmer Rouge Genocide Survivor Association. The survivors showed their full support on the initiation and being part of the Association.
